For over 30 years, Poles Patisserie has been part of the Penrith community – serving handcrafted cakes and baked goods made fresh with care, creativity and ridiculously early mornings.

What started as a family-run bakery became something much bigger.
A local institution.
A familiar face.
A place people return to, generation after generation.

And while a lot has changed over the years, one thing never has: Our commitment to quality food and salt of the earth people.

From old-school favourites and award-winning classics to bold new flavours and viral creations. We believe food should feel exciting, comforting and unforgettable all at once.

That passion led to the creation of Poles Pies (Sydney’s first drive-through pie shop) born from the overwhelming love for the pies baked fresh daily at Poles Patisserie.

Today, both businesses are led by Jason and Ricky — a passionate duo driven by community, creativity and building businesses people genuinely love being part of.
